Millicent Letitia Fanny Osborne 1912 - 1925

On 2nd May 1925 our Mum's sister Millicent went on an errand from their home in 22 Merry Row, Portsmouth, to pay the rent at Sweeney's estate agent at 157 New Road, about a twenty minute walk. She paid the rent, and when she left to come back home she ran across New Road straight into the path of a car. The map shows approximately where the accident happened.

She suffered serious head injuries, and died soon after arriving at the Royal hospital.
